MAURETTE BROWN CLARK & THE SOUL STIRRERS
The Malaco Music Group invites you to experience two historic television events this Sunday, March 15, 2009 on Black Entertainment Television (BET) & TV One.
Two time Stellar Award winner, Atlanta International Records (Air Gospel) recording artist Maurette Brown Clark will be performing her 2nd consecutive R&R /Billboard & Mediabase Top 10 song, “It Ain’t Over” (Until God Says It’s Over) from her CD “The Dream” on BET’s Bobby Jones Gospel at 9 am est. (Check your local listing)
You will also witness Jada Simone Clark (Maurette’s 8 year old daughter), one of the youngest Stellar Award winning artists in history make her national television debut, performing “I Am What God Says I Am” also from “The Dream” CD.
On TV One’s, The Gospel Of Music With Jeff Majors, you can watch the exclusive television performance of “The Original Kings Of Quartet” The Soul Stirrers perform “The Love Of God” with special guest Floyd Taylor, son of the late Johnnie Taylor, a member of The Soul Stirrers from 1957 until 1961 at 9 am est. (Check your local listing)
The Soul Stirrers will also perform the Sam Cooke classic “Stand By Me Father.” Both songs are from the critically acclaimed CD “A Soul Stirring Reunion” on Malaco Records.

The Mississippi Mass Choir Family regretfully announces the passing of our beloved singer - Rogina Thomas - on Saturday, December 27, 2008.
Her homegoing service will take place:

Although her signature song was "He Can Fix What is Broke," Rogina also was lead singer on "He's Coming Back," By Grace," "You Brought Me," and "Wise Men Still Seek Him."
She leaves to cherish her precious memory, her loving husband Bobby Thomas, and daughters, Ronita Thomas and Bonitsha Thomas; and a host of family and friends.

Malaco Artists Rise on Gospel Charts
Maurette Brown-Clark (AIR, Malaco Distribution) rises on the Billboard Gospel single charts with "It Ain't Over (Till God Says Its Over)" to its peak position to date-#19.
The Williams Brothers single "Still Strong" moves up from #26 to its peak at the #22 position. They also appear on the Billboard Gospel Albums charts with two projects listed below.
The Mississippi Mass Choir is also still charting with it's anniversary project, The First Twenty Years.

Maurette Brown Clark's "It Ain't Over" Hits Top 30
Jackson, MS-"One God" by Maurette Brown Clark (AIR Gospel / Malaco Music Group) has garnered close to 50,000 spins according to BDS tabulations, spent over a year in the top ten (10), peaking at the #2 position on Billboard / Radio and Records airplay charts, hitting #1 on Mediaguide airplay charts and still remains a people's favorite continuing to receive significant spins on radio stations across the country.
Her Album The Dream captured two 2008 Stellar Awards, one for Praise and Worship Album of the Year, the other for Children's Performance of the Year for her daughter Jada Simone Clark's vocal performance on "It Ain't Over!"
