This live disc met with high anticipation – and non-stop standing ovations – when it was recorded by the 200 member choir before an audience of 4,000 at Greater Bethlehem Temple in Jackson, Miss. The crowd was on its feet from the opening “House Of The Lord” (a foot-stomping congregational song), through the praise-filled “All We Have” to the final sermonette, “Adore Him,” led by Malaco’s Rev. Benjamin Cone. Founded in 1990, this is the “junior” choir of Malaco’s world renowned Mississippi Mass Choir and is led by the same ministers of music, Jerry Smith and David R. Curry, as well as by Dorcus Thigpen. The power of this album is that it’s much more than children’s church music. These songs have a substance. They are anointed. They move any spirit of any age, as only children can.
